10 girls are born, all of them abandoned by their parents at a young age. So they all became candidates for an experiment by an agency.  An experiment on how powerful a human can become. They got injected with a syringe that would give them powers.  It ended up being a success, but it was a terrible mistake because 8 of the 10 girls used their powers for evil purposes.  Only 2 of the girls used their powers for good purposes, so they got hired to become assassins for the agency that started it all to kill the remaining girls.
